(Q)  About how long will it take for me to receive my product?

(A)  We ship our products within 48 - 72 hours of receipt of orders.  Transit times will depend on the designated carrier.

(Q)  What if I can't find the product I'm looking for?

(A)  Try entering a variations of the product name in "Search" .  If still unable to locate the item in our "Menu" or through "Search", please contact our Customer Service Department at:  info@bestdogsupplyco.com   A staff member will research the item for you and reply ASAP.  Please be sure to include: (1) Specific Name of Item with a clear description, such as, color, size, type of product - ie- toy, clothins, carrier, etc.  (2) Your Full Name   (3)  Your E-Mail Address,  and  (4) Your Phone Number.    Or, contact us via our Toll Free Number (866) 478-5224   (1) Leave a detailed Voice Mail Message  (2) Your Full Name  (3)  Your Phone Number (including area code)  and  (4) Your E-mail address if you prefer an e-mail reply.

(Q)  Does Best Dog Supply Co. accept Personal Checks? 

(A)  No, Best Dog Supply Co. does not accept Personal Checks.  PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED ARE:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and Money Orders.  Money Orders to be made payable to:  Lasting Reflections, LLC (parent company of Best Dog Supply Co.)   Please note:  Credit Cards and Paypal will be processed through Lasting Reflections, LLC via our Secure Processing Site.  We do not share any of your personal information with anyone else under any circumstances. Your privacy is respected and protected by Best Dog Supply Co. and its parent company, Lasting Reflections, LLC  through our Security Systems.

(Q)  How can I contact you if I have questions, concerns, or comments?

(A)  Our Customer Service Department is available via our Toll Free Voice Mail Phone Number (866-478-5224)  OR   via e-mail at:  info@bestdogsupplyco.com  Mondays - Fridays (except Holidays)   9 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST.    A staff member will reply within 24 hours (except where weekends or Holidays delay the reply).

(Q)  Do you have a Retail Store?  If so, what is your store's location?

(A)  No, Best Dog Supply Co. does not have a Retail Store.  We are an Internet Marketing resource with over 3000 quality, dog supplies.  We fill our customers' orders and ship directly to the customers.

(Q)  May I e-mail my order to Best Dog Supply Co. instead of going through your "check-out" process?

(A)  You must go through our "check-out" process - ie - "add to cart" /"shipping page" /"payment method (credit card information).  The credit card processor verifies the validity of the credit card and the amount being charged.  This system is built into our site and we are unable to by-pass this system for credit card purchases.  For Money Order purchases, we recommend that the customer still go through the "check-out" process.  In exceptional situations, for Money Order purchases, Best Dog Supply Co. may consider assisting with filling out the order information.  Example:  we have had customers whose first language is not English and have had some difficulty with the "check-out" process.  In these cases, as long as it is a Money Order purchase, we are more than willing to assist (must have the complete product information, complete customer information, and Money Order, in the correct amount, has been received.
